In the add-in, click
Documents.Use
Import filesorImport folder.If Blast Audit shows
Before you import documents, clickContinueonly if you can stay in Excel.Import your first batch.
Watch OCR status in the document list. Common states are
Processing,Complete, andNot Started.Open
Document Organizerif you want folder cleanup, search, or bulk actions.Move into viewer or matching only after the documents you need show
Complete.
Expected result
Files appear in the document list
OCR finishes successfully
Folder names are clear before matching starts
Avoid this
Leaving the page too early during OCR
Mixing unrelated jobs in one upload
Trying to use documents that are still
Processing
If it still doesn't work
If OCR is slow, keep Excel open and wait before retrying
If one file stays stuck, note the file name and OCR status before contacting support
