Read the Usage Dashboard

The `Usage dashboard` helps workspace admins see whether Blast Audit is being used and where adoption is growing. You may still see `Copilot Audit` in older labels or descriptions.

The Usage dashboard helps workspace admins see whether Blast Audit is being used and where adoption is growing. You may still see Copilot Audit in older labels or descriptions.

Who this is for

  • Owners and admins tracking adoption

  • Team leads checking whether workflows are being adopted

Before you begin

  • You need dashboard access

  • The usage view only becomes useful after real activity happens in the add-in or related workflows

  • Some sections depend on analytics data being available, so brand-new workspaces may look empty at first

How to do it

  1. Open the dashboard and click Usage.

  2. Review the top metric cards first. They summarize the current state at a glance.

  3. Open Feature engagement to see which flows ran most in the last 30 days.

  4. Open Team momentum to see where activity is growing fastest.

  5. Review Adoption overview for the 90-day request trend.

  6. If you just activated a trial and got redirected, finish the Excel handoff first, then come back after some real usage exists.

Expected result

  • The page loads without an organization error

  • The top cards are populated

  • Feature engagement shows recognizable workflows

  • Team momentum and Adoption overview help you spot where enablement is needed

Avoid this

  • Treating an empty dashboard on day one as a bug

  • Expecting second-by-second real-time updates

  • Using the usage page as a document-level audit trail instead of an adoption view

If it still doesn't work

  • If you see Usage analytics unavailable, click Try again

  • If you see Organization required, confirm your dashboard role and workspace membership

  • If the data stays empty after your team has already been working, contact support with the workspace name and the rough date range you expected to see
