Use the dashboard to invite teammates, assign the right role, and keep seats under control. You may still see `Copilot Audit` in a few older dashboard labels.

Use the dashboard to invite teammates, assign the right role, and keep seats under control. You may still see Copilot Audit in a few older dashboard labels.

Who this is for

  • Owners and admins managing workspace access

  • Team leads preparing team onboarding

Before you begin

  • You need dashboard access to Users

  • Main invite roles are Owner and Member

  • Pending invites reduce available seats

How to do it

  1. Open the dashboard and go to Users.

  2. Click Invite people.

  3. For one person, stay on Single invite, enter Work email, choose Role, then click Send invite.

  4. For many people, switch to Bulk upload, use Download template, upload the CSV, review validation, then click Send invites.

  5. Check Pending invitations.

  6. Use Manage later if you need to remove access.

Expected result

  • The invite sends without validation errors

  • New users appear under Pending invitations

  • Accepted users land in the roster with the correct role

Avoid this

  • Using unsupported CSV role values

  • Inviting more people than you have seats for

  • Giving Owner access to users who only need normal working access

If it still doesn't work

  • If seats are exceeded, fix Billing first

  • If CSV rows fail, correct the specific row errors before re-uploading
