Open the dashboard and go to
Users.Click
Invite people.For one person, stay on
Single invite, enterWork email, chooseRole, then clickSend invite.For many people, switch to
Bulk upload, useDownload template, upload the CSV, review validation, then clickSend invites.Check
Pending invitations.Use
Managelater if you need to remove access.
Expected result
The invite sends without validation errors
New users appear under
Pending invitationsAccepted users land in the roster with the correct role
Avoid this
Using unsupported CSV role values
Inviting more people than you have seats for
Giving
Owneraccess to users who only need normal working access
If it still doesn't work
If seats are exceeded, fix
