Blast Audit support is available through Intercom in both the Excel add-in and the dashboard. You may still see Copilot Audit in older messenger text or prompts.

Who this is for

  • Any user who needs help with the add-in, dashboard, billing, or access

Before you begin

  • Gather the exact page or route where the issue happened

  • Keep the exact error text if one appeared

  • If the problem is in Excel, note the workbook sheet name, selected cell or range, and the document name involved

  • A screenshot or short recording saves time

How to do it

  1. In the Excel add-in, click the Help button in the bottom-right area of the pane.

  2. In the dashboard, open the user menu in the sidebar footer and click Help.

  3. On some admin or access screens you may also see Contact support.

  4. In your message, include your goal, the expected result, the actual result, the exact page or route (for example /dashboard/billing), whether the problem happened in the Excel add-in or the dashboard, and any exact error text.

  5. If the issue involves documents, include the document name, OCR status, and page number if known.

  6. If the issue involves snips or matching, include the workbook sheet name and the selected cell or range.

  7. Attach screenshots when possible.

Expected result

  • Support can tell where the issue happened from the first message

  • Your message includes enough context to reproduce or narrow the issue quickly

  • The first reply is about solving the problem, not collecting basics that were missing

Avoid this

  • Sending only “it doesn’t work”

  • Cropping out the route, page title, or error text from screenshots

  • Forgetting to say whether you were in read-only mode, the add-in, or the dashboard

  • Leaving out the document name or target Excel range for snip and matching issues

If it still doesn't work

  • If Intercom does not open in one surface, try the other one

  • If you can only message from the dashboard, still mention the exact Excel action that failed

  • If the problem is access-related, include the email address you used to sign in
