How to practice

  1. Download both policy PDFs and expected-diff-summary.csv.

  2. Upload the two PDFs and wait for OCR to complete.

  3. Open Compare and set supplier-onboarding-policy-v1.pdf as old and supplier-onboarding-policy-v2.pdf as new.

  4. Review the main differences and export the result as a sheet if your workflow uses exports.

  5. Compare the observed changes against expected-diff-summary.csv.

Expected result

  • The main wording changes are easy to spot

  • The old and new documents are not reversed

  • The exported summary is readable enough for review

Use this before live work

  • Use this pack before a policy, contract, or control comparison job
